PS3 webMAN MOD - General Information Thread 1.47.48q

Anyway I've notice that with new "webMAN_MOD_1.47.19_Installer_ps3hen_fix.pkg"
currently min fan speed is at 34%.
It is not making my life harder, it is just an observation.
With previous "webMAN_MOD_1.47.19_Installer.pkg" min fan speed was I think something ~25-27%.

BTW with newest version ("webMAN_MOD_1.47.19_Installer_ps3hen_fix.pkg")
games images (tested only PS1\PS2 games) are not "starting" automatically after mounting.

I''ve tried to install the new WebMan but no luck, the package installs and shows in XMB, but when i'' try to lauch it holding R1 os just X ot just returns to XMB witg 80010007 code

According to wiki error codes, 80010007 means:

The file is in unrecognized format / The file is not a valid ELF file. (running a self from a higher sdk version on a lower fw version causes this)

I had something else in my mind.
I mean to installing webMAN MOD ("webMAN_MOD_1.47.19_Installer_ps3hen_fix.pkg")
you need to have enabled HEN.
After that installation, webMAN MOD should be in XMB menu.
When you'll (also with enabled HEN) initialize\launch it (X or L1+X), PS3 should reboot.

Currently to launch any homebrew HEN needs to be enabled.

BTW:

If you get error 80010017 launching homebrew that simply means HEN failure, restart console and try again!(restart is important!)

Hello, you are more then welcome to post in any language.

However, we have one request. That request being you add a Translated English version also. this can be done by google, bing ect..

probably because development is currently very hot and new versions are released almost daily,and dev is trying couple of new features and ideas that needs to be bugfixed and checked.

that being said,it wouldn't hurt that dev adopts new naming scheme for example maybe pre release versions and current naming is tied to somewhat stable/definitive versions...and this thread hosts latest stable/definitive and on github you can try latest pre release...just an idea.

Yep.

boot_plugins_nocobra works pretty much like Playstation Portable's game/vsh/pops plugin system. You set the location of the plugins in that TXT, not only WMM.

Yes, the new default value for min fan speed is 35%. The former default was 25% (I never liked that slow speed)

Do you have Auto-Play enabled? Does it at least auto-select the disc icon?
Does it happens only with PS2/PSX? All games or certain games? Which games? On CFW or HEN?

NOTE: If you're pressing D-Pad buttons or CIRCLE button while the game is mounted, the auto play is canceled.

I'm quite new to this mod.
To get to settings I also uses:
XMB -> webMAN Games -> webMAN Setup -> PS3 webMAN [Setup]

Currently I'm using webMAN to launch only PS1\PS2 games.
All of my games (PS1\PS2) do not launch automatically after mounting.

Which games?

PS1: Colin McRae Rally 2.0, Diablo, Dino Crisis, Kula World... (all in PAL),
PS2: Black, Gran Turismo 3, Hitman - Blood Money, Need for Speed - Most wanted (also all in PAL).

On CFW or HEN?

Now i'm home, put txt on USB near BD, but don't work, reinstalled, rebooted, still blank folder.
