if the My Games/webMAN Gams entry not displayed on XMB, this is because the CFW has original category_game.xml file
you need to have edited category_game.xml file to be replaced in /dev_blind/vsh/resource/explore/xmb/

EDIT:
enable "dev_blind" for writing flash required

Thank You. I downloaded an edited "category_game.xml", but i can't replace the file, the ps3 freeze and i have to force shutdown, tried with FTP Connection with the computer, i got "Transfer Failed" .
 
enable /dev_blind from Settings column of multiMAN and later with mmOS going to /dev_blind/vsh/resource/explore/xmb/
Replace category_game.xml file using a USB stick. After copying is completed, restart PS3

try category_game.xml downloaded via server by Dean -> http://www.deanbg.com/category_game.zip
...it should also be in PKG installer of wM MOD

I updated the file webman_IT.xml, aligning the changes to those made by [MENTION=9455]RabinoVich[/MENTION], I kindly ask [MENTION=161]Matsumot0[/MENTION] has to want to enter in a future update, you place the file to be replaced.

Changes are as follows:

I think it is problem of CFW , I have the same problem.

as Dino05 said replace the file xlm and folder appears me but then disappears again.
 
I have a strange Problem with webMan 1.42.01. Installed the pkg, after reboot i transfered a game (Dead Space) to devhdd0 from my Laptop over ftp. While i was waiting to finish the transfer,i thought, i could play a psn game (Rotastic). So booted up the game. During Loading of the game my PS3 went into recovery mode (Please insert Controller with usb.....) So i connected my controller via usb and i could boot back into the xmb.... FTP transfer was interupted. I did this exaactly once agian and it happend again. I forgot to mention that my Firmware is Habib 4.70 cobra v1.03....

You can't boot up a game when trying to ftp. It will break the server when the game boots. You have to stay on xmb for it to function properly.
 
But that only counts for Games, e. g. you can watch Movies or Streams
via Showtime/Movian and still transfer a game via FTP in the background :)

... The advice is still sound.

Not even going into why. Its not important. Stop over taxing the hard drive and you will not have that problem.
 
Yes without it webman don't work on 4.75 standard cfw. Here is the link: MAMBA_PRX_Loader

To install AUTOloader:

Hold CROSS when "MAMBA/PRX Loader" start to install/update "MAMBA/PRX Autoloader" to your PS3, when it does you will earn one beep if no error has occurred and your ps3 will restart it self, if you earn more beep an error has occurred (see log: /dev_hdd/tmp/MAMBA_PRX_Loader.log) and you will get back to xmb.

After that restart ps3 and install latest webman MOD build then restart ps3, if you still don't have webman folders in xmb then download this http://www.deanbg.com/category_game.zip and put unpacked file to your flash.
 
Hello Matsumot0,

Thanks a lot for all your disinterested and altruistic work. I realized that If I load games with webMAN from the network, the xml (mygames.xml) generated has some sort of limitation. I have 414 .iso games in my hdd and the mygames.xml is generated only with the first 254 (or 284, I'm not sure).
Is it possible to remove this limitation? The mygames.xml file has always the same size so.. maybe It's a filesize limitation?

Hello,

I tried the Toggle Cobra option on my Habib 4.7 v103 setup and after trying the L3+L2+Triangle combo, my Cobra disabled and put my system into CFW as expected. However after reboot Cobra has not returned and the Toggle keystroke is not listed in webman.

So it acted like a permanent disable rather than a toggle.

Anyone know how to restore Cobra Mode?

use ftp or file manager and go into dev_blind/habib/cobra/ and rename file back to stage2.cex
