hmm...never looked for the gauge colors, but my guess is that they're not in an rco, probably sprx or even self.
Are named "progress", the common ones, in old firmwares, was located inside explore_plugin_full.rco
tex_default_progress_base.gim
tex_default_progress_base_shadow.gim
tex_default_progress_slider.gim

But also in other rco files:
sacd_plugin.rco
system_plugin.rco
videoeditor_plugin.rco
videoplayer_plugin.rco

And yesterday i was taking a look at some rco from 4.85 (i dont remeber which one), and if i remember right i found more variants of it... so i think they have changed his location (or his names)

don't know what bar you're referring to, but the bars/lines on the screen are called separators I believe. upper and lower or top and bottom (can't recall which).
This ones are the (very thin) horizontal bars at top and bottom of some screens. Doesnt have an strict codename, sometimes are called "separators" and sometimes "separation" (and eventually we are going to find other name variants, like separatists, and separouter, lol)

As example, inside system_config_plugin.rco 4.85
<Plane name="plane_wizard_separation_upper">
<Plane name="plane_wizard_separation_lower">
<Plane name="plane_power_off_date_time_config_separation_upper">
<Plane name="plane_power_off_date_time_config_separation_lower">
<Plane name="plane_sysconf_filer_separation_upper">
<Plane name="plane_sysconf_filer_separation_lower">
<Plane name="separator_upper">
<Plane name="separator_lower">

And i think there are tenths of them inside other rco files (so could be a pita to find all them)

Also... something very interesting related with this separators.... is are always located inside an object named "wizard"
That "wizard" is the screen itself... as something conceptual, everytime you see one of that screens with a thin horizontal bar at top and other at bottom is because you are inside one of that "wizards" :)

Another btw... dont confuse the "progress" with the "meter"
The "meter" is the volume bar of the PSP XMB... inherited by the PS3. Funny fact, the pre-retail PS3 firmwares have a volume bar, exactly like the PSP, and it even have an icon of the PSP button "mute", lol
Is an horizontal bar, always located at bottom of he screen and is filled with vertical lines

Its a dodgy site. Lots of fake download buttons, set up to keep you clicking in a loop to earn money. :( Any chance of a proper host @LuanTeles ? I just spent 10 minutes trying to get the real link, like wtf!

Already changed, just waiting for the approval, sorry for this guys, i like this link one, because it have a nice download statistics graphics, total downloads, time and countries, i like to see it :P

But seems not a worthy trade-off
The New One is the directly to my MediaFire Folder

---EDIT--

I think i dont have any ads because i use a windows system ad blocker.

So here it show only one Download Button and it goes directly to media fire after it

Notes:

I need someone on a CEX CFW other than REBUG DEX, to see if the Debug SPRX's will cause any error.

( Going to Update Option and Settings Options in General)

Link for the beta one to be tested:

http://www.mediafire.com/folder/9pzl08r5d5u58/BETA

The System_plugin.rco has some size limitations, so the PS4 System Sounds that i used were mono and low quality, so i made a work-around, i added a Custom Option Under Themes, to Apply those sounds.

I can install a different CFW on my fat PS3 and test it out if you'd like. It's just sitting here not doing anything.

@LuanTeles

Working on my end with Ferrox 4.84. I was able to go to update and and update from USB. I'm reinstalling Ferrox now.
Awesome work btw!

EDIT:
So I am reinstalling your MOD after I flashed Ferrox again and I like the fact that it realized there was a firmware change and deleted the old backups. Good stuff!
