Yes, The dumper will work if you want to share your dump. There is no writer for your model, So its not possible to jailbreak super slims or later slims yet.

Your console type will most likely never be compatible with CFW with what we know today, I think the best you can hope for is a Henkaku style hack someday, currently not possible/being researched by team PS3xploit .

Note that the second half of your "CECH-4001C.bin" dump is totally corrupted with a bunch of 0x10 / 0x10 repetitions starting at 0x81DF00 until the end of the file.
